Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your access to and use of the Fiercely Devoted website, resources, products, memberships, coaching, events, communities, and related services.

Last updated: July 13, 2026

These Terms and Conditions form an agreement between you and Fiercely Devoted, LLC.

Please read them before using the website, making a purchase, joining a membership, registering for an event, or participating in a program.

1. Agreement to These Terms

By accessing the website, submitting a form, creating an account, making a purchase, registering for an event, joining a community, or using any Fiercely Devoted product or service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

Your electronic submission, checkout selection, account registration, or continued use of the website constitutes your acceptance of these terms.

When a specific product, program, coaching engagement, membership, event, or service includes additional written terms, those additional terms also apply.

When additional terms conflict with these general terms, the terms specific to the product or service will control for that product or service.

Do not use the website or purchase a service when you do not agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement to make a purchase, create a paid membership, or enter a coaching or service agreement.

A parent or legal guardian must approve participation and purchases involving a minor.

By using the website or purchasing a service, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet all applicable eligibility requirements.

3. Fiercely Devoted Services

Fiercely Devoted may provide:

  • Free articles, devotionals, guides, videos, and resources
  • Digital downloads, journals, books, and study materials
  • Online courses, workshops, and training
  • Membership communities and group programs
  • Group and individual coaching
  • Leadership training and consulting
  • Speaking engagements
  • Live and virtual events
  • Merchandise and physical products
  • Faith-based teaching and discipleship resources

We may change, replace, improve, discontinue, or limit a product, feature, program, or service at any time.

Program descriptions, schedules, speakers, instructors, resources, and included features are subject to reasonable changes.

4. Accounts and Access

Certain services may require an account, login, password, or access link.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current account information
  • Keep your login information confidential
  • Use only the account assigned to you
  • Notify us of suspected unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for activity under your account

Accounts, passwords, access links, course access, and membership credentials may not be shared, transferred, sold, or made available to another person without written permission.

We may require a password reset or additional verification when account security is in question.

5. Prices, Payments, and Billing

Prices are listed in United States dollars unless stated otherwise.

You agree to pay all prices, taxes, fees, shipping costs, installment payments, and other charges disclosed before purchase.

Payment may be processed through Stripe or another third-party payment processor. You authorize the applicable processor to charge the payment method you provide.

You represent that:

  • You are authorized to use the payment method
  • Your billing information is accurate
  • You will keep payment information current
  • You are responsible for charges authorized through your account

We may suspend access when a payment is declined, reversed, overdue, disputed, or otherwise not completed.

Installment Plans

An installment plan divides the total purchase price into scheduled payments. It is not a month-to-month subscription unless the offer expressly states that it is.

Canceling participation does not automatically cancel remaining installment obligations unless the written offer or applicable law states otherwise.

6. Memberships and Recurring Subscriptions

Certain memberships and services renew automatically at the billing interval disclosed during checkout.

By enrolling in a recurring plan, you authorize Fiercely Devoted and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method on each renewal date until the subscription is canceled.

Renewal pricing, billing frequency, included benefits, trial terms, and cancellation instructions will be presented before enrollment.

Cancellation

You may cancel a recurring membership through the cancellation method identified in your account, checkout terms, membership materials, or by emailing: [email protected] .

Submit cancellation requests before the next renewal date. Unless otherwise stated or required by law, cancellation stops future renewals and does not refund charges already processed.

Access may continue through the end of the paid billing period unless the account is terminated for misconduct, misuse, nonpayment, or another material violation.

Important subscription notice Removing an app, leaving a group, not attending calls, or stopping use of the service does not by itself cancel a recurring subscription.

7. Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations

Refund eligibility is governed by the policy disclosed for the specific purchase and the Fiercely Devoted Refund Policy.

Review the full Refund Policy at: fiercelydevoted.com/refund-policy .

Unless a product-specific policy or applicable law provides otherwise:

  • Digital products are generally nonrefundable after access or delivery
  • Completed coaching sessions are nonrefundable
  • Missed appointments are subject to the applicable rescheduling policy
  • Membership fees already charged are generally nonrefundable
  • Event registrations are subject to the event-specific cancellation terms
  • Physical products must meet stated return requirements

Requesting a refund does not guarantee approval.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Contact us before initiating a chargeback so we have an opportunity to review the transaction and resolve the concern.

We may provide transaction records, account activity, access records, accepted terms, communications, and delivery information to the payment processor when responding to a payment dispute.

8. Digital Products, Courses, and Downloads

Purchasing a digital product gives you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, and revocable license to use the material for your own lawful personal or internal business use.

A purchase does not transfer ownership of the content or intellectual property.

Unless written permission is provided, you may not:

  • Copy or distribute the material to others
  • Share login credentials or download links
  • Resell, sublicense, or publish the material
  • Upload the material to a shared drive, membership, or public website
  • Use the material to create a competing product or program
  • Remove copyright, trademark, or ownership notices
  • Record or redistribute course or coaching sessions

You may print a reasonable number of copies for your own use when the product is designed to be printed.

Group, church, ministry, classroom, corporate, or organizational use may require a separate license.

9. Community Standards and Member Conduct

Fiercely Devoted communities are intended to support faith, growth, leadership, accountability, encouragement, and respectful discussion.

Members agree to:

  • Treat other participants with dignity and respect
  • Protect confidential information shared by others
  • Avoid harassment, threats, discrimination, or abusive behavior
  • Avoid spam, unauthorized promotion, or solicitation
  • Respect intellectual property and privacy
  • Participate honestly and lawfully
  • Follow moderator and program instructions

You may not collect, copy, record, publish, or distribute another member’s personal story, prayer request, image, video, contact information, or message without permission.

Confidentiality limitation Fiercely Devoted asks members to protect private community discussions, but we cannot guarantee that every participant will maintain confidentiality.

We may remove content, restrict participation, suspend access, or terminate a membership when conduct threatens the safety, privacy, purpose, or integrity of the community.

10. Coaching and Leadership Services

Coaching is a collaborative process focused on goals, decisions, accountability, leadership, habits, ministry development, planning, systems, and forward action.

Coaching is not:

  • Mental-health treatment or psychotherapy
  • Medical diagnosis or treatment
  • Legal representation or legal advice
  • Financial, accounting, tax, or investment advice
  • Emergency or crisis intervention
  • A replacement for pastoral care from your church

You remain responsible for your decisions, actions, relationships, finances, ministry, business, health, and results.

When professional medical, mental-health, legal, financial, tax, or other specialized guidance is needed, consult a properly qualified professional.

Scheduling and Participation

Coaching sessions must be scheduled, attended, canceled, or rescheduled according to the terms provided with the coaching offer.

Late arrivals may reduce the available session time. Missed sessions and late cancellations may be forfeited.

Session Recordings

Coaching calls, workshops, or group sessions may be recorded only when participants receive notice or provide appropriate permission.

Participants may not record a session without written authorization.

11. Events, Workshops, and Speaking Engagements

Event registrations are subject to the dates, location, schedule, access instructions, refund terms, conduct rules, and other conditions displayed on the registration page.

We may change speakers, sessions, schedules, rooms, delivery methods, or other event details when reasonably necessary.

Events may be postponed, moved, converted to a virtual format, or canceled due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Travel and Personal Expenses

Unless expressly included, attendees are responsible for transportation, lodging, meals, parking, and other personal expenses.

Photography and Recording

Events may be photographed or recorded. Event notices or registration terms will provide additional information when images or recordings are planned for promotional or educational use.

Contact us before the event when you have a privacy or accessibility concern.

Attendee Responsibility

Attendees are responsible for evaluating their ability to participate safely and for following venue, event, safety, and conduct rules.

12. Faith-Based Content

Fiercely Devoted is a Christian organization. Its resources, programs, coaching, communities, and events may include:

  • Biblical teaching
  • Prayer
  • Christian testimony
  • Faith-based encouragement
  • Discussion of Jesus Christ and Christian discipleship
  • Calls to personal reflection, surrender, obedience, and action

Participation remains voluntary. You are responsible for your religious, personal, family, ministry, and life decisions.

Spiritual teaching is not a guarantee of a particular spiritual, emotional, relational, financial, professional, or ministry result.

13. No Guarantee of Results

Fiercely Devoted provides education, encouragement, tools, structure, resources, and support. Results depend on many factors outside our control.

We do not guarantee:

  • Personal or spiritual transformation
  • Business or ministry growth
  • Income, donations, funding, grants, or sales
  • Audience growth or social-media performance
  • Employment, promotion, or leadership opportunities
  • Relationship outcomes
  • Health, emotional, or therapeutic outcomes
  • Completion of goals or programs

Testimonials and examples describe individual experiences. They do not promise that another person will receive the same outcome.

14. Intellectual Property

The website and its content are owned by or licensed to Fiercely Devoted, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Protected content may include:

  • Names, logos, taglines, and brand elements
  • Written teaching and articles
  • Devotionals, guides, journals, and books
  • Videos, audio, photographs, and graphics
  • Courses, workshops, coaching frameworks, and presentations
  • Templates, systems, processes, forms, and downloads
  • Website design, organization, and original code

“Fiercely Devoted,” associated logos, program names, slogans, and other brand identifiers may not be used in a manner that suggests authorization, partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement without written permission.

Limited quotations may be used when legally permitted and properly attributed. Substantial copying, republication, or commercial use requires written authorization.

15. Content You Submit

You retain ownership of original content you submit, subject to the permissions described in this section.

By submitting a review, comment, testimonial, photo, video, message, question, or other content for publication, you represent that:

  • You have the right to submit it
  • It is accurate to the best of your knowledge
  • It does not violate another person’s rights
  • It is not unlawful, threatening, defamatory, or deceptive

When you voluntarily submit content for public use or give permission for publication, you grant Fiercely Devoted a nonexclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, edit, display, and distribute that content for the purposes described at the time of submission.

Private coaching messages, applications, contact forms, and prayer requests are not treated as public submissions unless separate permission is obtained.

16. Email and Text Communications

By submitting your contact information, you agree to receive messages connected to your request, purchase, registration, membership, account, or service.

Marketing emails include an unsubscribe option.

When you expressly agree to receive text messages:

  • Message frequency may vary
  • Message and data rates may apply
  • You may reply STOP to unsubscribe
  • You may reply HELP for assistance
  • Consent is not required as a condition of purchase

Opting out of marketing communications does not prevent necessary transactional, billing, account, registration, or service notices.

17. Third-Party Services and Links

Fiercely Devoted may use or link to third-party services, including:

  • Payment processors
  • Customer relationship platforms
  • Email and text providers
  • Video conferencing platforms
  • Community and course platforms
  • Social media websites
  • Event venues and registration services
  • Shipping and fulfillment providers

Third-party services operate under their own terms, policies, availability, and security practices.

Fiercely Devoted is not responsible for the content, performance, security, availability, policies, or actions of independently operated third parties.

18. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the website, community, content, or services to:

  • Violate a law or another person’s rights

  • Misrepresent an affiliation with Fiercely Devoted
  • Use the services for fraudulent or deceptive activity
  • Disrupt a community, event, class, coaching session, or program

19. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when we reasonably believe that a user:

  • Violated these terms
  • Failed to make a required payment
  • Shared protected access or content
  • Threatened another participant or staff member
  • Disrupted a program or community
  • Engaged in fraud, abuse, or unlawful conduct
  • Created a security or privacy risk

Termination for misconduct does not automatically create a right to a refund.

Provisions concerning payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and other terms that logically survive termination will remain effective.

20. Disclaimers

The website, content, resources, and services are provided on an “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The website will always be available or error-free
  • Every feature will work with every device or browser
  • Content will always be complete or current
  • Third-party services will remain available
  • All technical problems will be corrected immediately

Educational content is general information and does not replace individualized guidance from a qualified professional.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions. Those exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fiercely Devoted, LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, speakers, coaches, volunteers, partners, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the website, content, product, program, event, or service.

This includes claimed losses involving profits, income, opportunities, data, reputation, relationships, ministry activity, business performance, emotional distress, or third-party services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, total liability for a claim connected to a paid product or service will not exceed the amount you paid Fiercely Devoted for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim during the six months before the event creating the claim.

For a free product or service, total liability will not exceed one hundred United States dollars.

These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

22. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Fiercely Devoted, LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, speakers, coaches, volunteers, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from:

  • Your unlawful or unauthorized use of the services
  • Your violation of these terms
  • Your violation of another person’s rights
  • Content you submit or distribute
  • Your misconduct in a community, event, or program

23. Dispute Resolution

Before filing a legal claim, you agree to send written notice describing the dispute to: [email protected] .

The notice should include:

  • Your full name and contact information
  • The product or service involved
  • The relevant purchase date
  • A description of the issue
  • The resolution you are requesting

Both parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days after written notice.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent relief when needed to protect safety, confidential information, intellectual property, or system security.

24. Governing Law and Venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Unless applicable law requires another location, legal proceedings concerning these terms will be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in the county where Fiercely Devoted, LLC maintains its principal place of business or in the applicable federal court serving that location.

You consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

When a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective to the fullest extent permitted by law.

No Waiver

Failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.

Assignment

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these terms without written permission. Fiercely Devoted may assign its rights and obligations as part of a reorganization, financing, merger, sale, or transfer of business operations.

Headings

Section headings are provided for convenience and do not change the meaning of these terms.

Electronic Communications

You agree that notices, disclosures, agreements, receipts, and other communications may be delivered electronically when permitted by law.

26. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions when our services, technology, business practices, or legal obligations change.

Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Material changes may also be communicated through email, website notices, account messages, checkout disclosures, or other reasonable methods.
