We want customers to understand the applicable refund terms before making a purchase.
The policy shown on a specific checkout, registration, product, event, coaching agreement, or offer may contain additional terms. Those specific terms control when they differ from this general policy.
Digital Products
Refund requests must generally be submitted within seven calendar days and before substantial use or completion.
Memberships
Cancel before the next renewal date to stop future charges. Prior charges are generally not prorated.
Coaching
Different rules apply before the first session, after coaching begins, and for missed appointments.
Physical Products
Eligible unused items may generally be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery.
1. General Refund Policy
Refund eligibility depends on the type of product or service purchased, the date of purchase, whether access or delivery has occurred, and any terms displayed during checkout.
Refund requests must be submitted within the applicable period described in this policy or in the product-specific terms.
We may request information needed to identify the transaction, review account activity, confirm delivery, or evaluate the request.
Unless required by law or expressly stated in writing, the following do not automatically qualify a purchase for a refund:
- Changing your mind after substantially using a product or service
- Failing to download or use purchased materials
- Missing a coaching call, class, workshop, or event
- Leaving a membership without completing the cancellation process
- Failing to complete a course or program
- Disagreeing with biblical or faith-based content disclosed before purchase
- Failing to receive a desired personal, financial, ministry, or professional result
2. How to Request a Refund
Send refund and cancellation requests to: [email protected] .
Use the subject line: Refund Request.
Include:
- Your full name
- The email address used for the purchase
- The product, program, membership, event, or service purchased
- The purchase date
- The order or transaction number, when available
- The reason for the request
- The resolution you are requesting
A request is considered submitted when it is received at the email address above.
Sending a request does not automatically guarantee that a refund will be approved.
3. Digital Products and Downloads
Digital products may include devotionals, journals, guides, workbooks, templates, recordings, ebooks, downloads, printable materials, and other electronically delivered content.
Unless different terms are displayed during checkout, a refund request for a digital product must be submitted within seven calendar days after purchase.
A refund may be denied when:
- The entire product has been downloaded, accessed, copied, or substantially consumed
- The request is submitted after the seven-day period
- The customer has repeatedly purchased and refunded digital materials
- Account records show misuse, sharing, redistribution, or unauthorized access
- The customer violated the Terms and Conditions
A refund or replacement may be provided when:
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase
- The wrong digital product was delivered
- A verified technical issue prevents access and we cannot correct it
- A refund is required by applicable law
4. Online Courses and Group Programs
Course and program refund terms may vary based on program length, live access, downloadable content, coaching involvement, and launch pricing.
Unless different terms are displayed during checkout:
- A refund request must be submitted within seven calendar days after purchase
- No more than 20 percent of the course or program may have been accessed or completed
- No more than one live coaching, training, or implementation session may have been attended
- Downloadable templates and licensed materials must not have been substantially downloaded or used
Refunds are generally unavailable after the applicable refund period, after substantial course access, or after the participant receives most of the program’s live services.
Six-Week Coaching Program
Unless the offer states otherwise, participants in a six-week coaching program may request a refund before the first live session or within seven calendar days after purchase, whichever occurs first.
After the first live session begins, program fees are generally nonrefundable because scheduling, preparation, access, materials, and coaching capacity have been committed.
5. Memberships and Recurring Subscriptions
Memberships renew automatically at the interval disclosed during enrollment until canceled.
You may cancel a membership by using the cancellation option in your account, following the instructions included with your membership, or emailing: [email protected] .
Cancellation stops future renewal charges. It does not generally create a refund for a billing period that has already started.
After cancellation, access may continue through the end of the paid billing period unless access is terminated for nonpayment, misconduct, unauthorized sharing, or another violation.
Accidental Renewal Requests
We may consider an accidental renewal refund when:
- The request is submitted within three calendar days after the renewal charge
- The membership has not been materially used since renewal
- No live member session has been attended since renewal
- No substantial member-only content has been downloaded since renewal
Accidental renewal refunds are reviewed individually and are not guaranteed unless required by law.
6. Individual and Group Coaching
Before Coaching Begins
Unless a signed coaching agreement provides different terms, you may request a refund within seven calendar days after purchase when no coaching session has occurred and no substantial custom work has begun.
After Coaching Begins
Completed coaching sessions are nonrefundable.
Once coaching has begun, refunds for unused sessions are not guaranteed. We may consider a partial refund, credit, transfer, or revised service plan based on:
- The number of completed sessions
- Preparation and custom work already performed
- Resources and materials already delivered
- The reason for ending the engagement
- Any terms in the signed coaching agreement
Coaching Results
Coaching fees are not refundable solely because a client did not achieve a particular result, failed to complete assignments, changed priorities, or chose not to implement the plan.
Termination by Fiercely Devoted
When Fiercely Devoted ends a coaching relationship without client misconduct, the client may receive a prorated refund or credit for eligible prepaid sessions that were not provided.
7. Missed Appointments and Rescheduling
Unless your coaching agreement states otherwise:
- Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours’ notice
- Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited
- Missed appointments are nonrefundable
- Arriving late may reduce the remaining session time
- Repeated rescheduling may require a new agreement or schedule
Exceptions may be considered for emergencies, serious illness, severe weather, bereavement, or other circumstances outside the participant’s reasonable control.
Fiercely Devoted may reschedule a session when necessary. When we cannot provide a prepaid session, we will offer a replacement session, credit, or applicable refund.
8. Events, Workshops, Conferences, and Retreats
Event-specific terms shown on the registration page control when they differ from the general schedule below.
| Cancellation Timing | General Refund | Other Options |
|---|---|---|
| 30 or more calendar days before the event | Full refund, less disclosed nonrefundable processing fees | Registration transfer or event credit may also be available |
| 14 to 29 calendar days before the event | Up to 50 percent refund | Transfer or event credit may be offered |
| Fewer than 14 calendar days before the event | Generally nonrefundable | A transfer to another eligible attendee may be permitted |
| After the event begins or for nonattendance | No refund | None unless required by law or expressly approved |
Registration Transfers
When permitted, a registration may be transferred to another eligible attendee by submitting the new attendee’s information before the transfer deadline.
Travel and Related Expenses
Fiercely Devoted is not responsible for airfare, lodging, transportation, meals, parking, lost wages, childcare, or other expenses resulting from an attendee’s cancellation or an event change.
Consider refundable travel arrangements when traveling to an event.
9. Physical Products and Merchandise
Eligible physical products may generally be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery.
To qualify for a return, an item must generally be:
- Unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- In resalable condition
- Returned with original packaging when reasonably applicable
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
- Returned according to the instructions provided by Fiercely Devoted
Nonreturnable Items
Unless defective or required by law, the following are generally nonreturnable:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items marked final sale
- Gift cards
- Downloaded or activated digital products
- Used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged merchandise
- Items returned after the return period
Return Shipping
Customers are generally responsible for return shipping when returning an unwanted item or incorrect size.
Fiercely Devoted will provide reasonable return or replacement assistance when the item delivered was defective, damaged in transit, or different from what was ordered.
Original shipping costs are generally nonrefundable unless the return results from our error or applicable law requires otherwise.
Do not send a return until you receive return instructions.
10. Shipping Problems, Missing Orders, and Damage
Contact us promptly when:
- An order arrives damaged
- An incorrect item is delivered
- An item is missing from the shipment
- Tracking shows delivery but the package cannot be located
- An order does not ship within the promised timeframe
Damage or order-error claims should be submitted within seven calendar days after delivery when reasonably possible.
Include the order number, description of the issue, packaging information, and clear photographs when applicable.
We may provide a replacement, correction, store credit, or refund based on the circumstances and product availability.
11. Installment Payment Plans
An installment plan divides the total price of a product or program into scheduled payments.
It is not a cancel-anytime monthly membership unless the offer expressly states otherwise.
Unless the written offer provides a cancellation right:
- Enrollment creates an obligation to pay the full purchase price
- Ending participation does not automatically cancel remaining payments
- Missing sessions or failing to complete the program does not eliminate the remaining balance
- Approved refunds may be reduced by services, access, materials, or benefits already provided
Payment-plan terms displayed during checkout or in a signed agreement control when they differ from this general policy.
12. Discounts, Promotions, and Final-Sale Offers
Discounts, coupons, founding-member prices, launch offers, promotional bundles, clearance products, and scholarships may include special refund terms.
An offer marked “final sale,” “nonrefundable,” or “no refunds” is not eligible for a discretionary refund after purchase unless:
- The product or service was not delivered
- The buyer was charged incorrectly
- The product was materially different from the offer
- The purchase qualifies for a refund under applicable law
Discounts cannot generally be applied retroactively to purchases completed before the promotion began.
13. Cancellation or Changes by Fiercely Devoted
Fiercely Devoted may cancel, postpone, reschedule, relocate, modify, or convert a program or event to another format when reasonably necessary.
When Fiercely Devoted permanently cancels a paid product, session, or event and does not provide a reasonable substitute, customers will generally receive one of the following:
- A refund of the applicable amount paid directly to Fiercely Devoted
- A replacement service or rescheduled date
- A transfer to another program or event
- A credit accepted by the customer
When a program or event is rescheduled, transferred registration or attendance on the new date may be offered before a refund is issued.
Fiercely Devoted is not responsible for indirect costs such as travel, lodging, transportation, childcare, lost work, or third-party fees.
14. Refund Approval and Processing
Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method.
We may request verification before issuing a refund.
Once approved and submitted by Fiercely Devoted, the time needed for the refund to appear depends on the payment processor, card issuer, bank, and payment method.
Processing fees, foreign-exchange differences, third-party platform charges, and nonrefundable service fees may be excluded when permitted by law and disclosed before purchase.
Store credit, program credit, or a replacement may be offered when appropriate. You will not be required to accept credit instead of a refund when applicable law requires a monetary refund.
15. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Contact Fiercely Devoted before filing a chargeback so we have a reasonable opportunity to identify the transaction and address the concern.
When a payment dispute is filed, we may provide the payment processor with:
- Order and transaction records
- Checkout disclosures and accepted terms
- Delivery, download, login, and access records
- Session and event attendance records
- Customer communications
- Cancellation and refund records
Filing a fraudulent chargeback, falsely claiming that an authorized transaction was unauthorized, or retaining products after receiving a refund may result in account termination or other lawful action.
This section does not limit a consumer’s lawful right to dispute an unauthorized or improper charge.
16. Legal Rights and Exceptions
Nothing in this policy eliminates a refund, cancellation, warranty, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.
Certain transactions may be governed by additional federal, state, or local requirements.
When applicable law provides a greater right than this policy, the applicable legal requirement will control.
A discretionary exception approved for one customer or transaction does not require the same exception for another purchase.
